2 The ledger

Every closed day since the counter started: what the feeds said, what the cat wore, what the pot did. A day the keeper wrote carries its memo signature; a day computed here, before the keeper or after a missed run, says so.

Day The cat Score KEV NVD GH Split Memo

3 Your share

A round pays SOL to every wallet holding $20 or more of $TFHC, in proportion to the balance it held when the round was taken. Put an address in, or connect the wallet, and the rounds that paid it come back with their signatures.

Nothing looked up yet.

4 Streaks

Seven quiet days running and the cat takes the hat off for a week: one bonus round of 10% of what is left in the pot. Seven loud days running and the week's burn counter opens on the first screen. A quiet day is score 1 or less, a loud day is score 4 or more.

5 The rules

Four steps, every midnight, in the open. Nothing here is a promise about a price.

Midnight The keeper reads the day that just closed from three public feeds: the CISA catalog of exploited vulnerabilities, the critical CVEs at NVD and the critical advisories at GitHub.
The count Each feed is held against its own median over 30 days. Under it scores 0, up to twice it scores 1, over twice it scores 2. The three add up to a score of 0 to 6.
The hat The score names the foil level, from hat off at 0 and 1 to a foil blanket at 6, and that is what the cat wears for the day.
The pot The same score splits the day's pot. A quiet day pays the holders in SOL. A loud day buys $TFHC back and burns it. Both are signed transactions you can open.

Where the money comes from

Creator fees of $TFHC sit on the wallet that launched it and are forwarded to the keeper by hand. Of every forwarded amount, 80% is the cat's pot and 20% pays for the RPC and the server. A payout round waits until the holders' side of the pot reaches 0.5 SOL, so the network fee never eats the payment. Shares under 0.001 SOL are carried to the next round.

When a feed is down

The day is scored on the feeds that answered and scaled back onto the 0 to 6 range, and the memo says which feed was missing. If all three are down the day keeps yesterday's level and the memo says stale.

What can go wrong

Loud weeks pay the holders nothing: that is the character, and the ledger above shows exactly how much was burned instead. A feed can change its format, and the day it does will read as quiet until it is fixed. The counter runs whether or not any fees have been forwarded.
